Returns, exchanges, and issues

Return handling depends on product type, item condition, and whether the order includes personalization.

Standard items

If the wrong item arrives or the product is damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order code. We review the case and suggest the appropriate replacement, refund, or alternative resolution.

Personalized products

Items with custom names, numbers, or other made-to-order details are generally not eligible for standard returns unless there is an error on our side or shipping damage.

Issue reporting window
